Delivery of Legal Services
We will not accept new instructions unless we can do the work; we have back up and spare capacity and we keep that as a deliberate Policy ; we will never take on more work than we can properly handle.

All instructions are accepted on the basis of Best Practice prescribed by the Law Society of England & Wales

Cancellation
You may cancel your instructions at any time on reasonable Notice ; what is reasonable will vary from time to time according to the precise circumstances of your case or matter . For a note of your precise rights you will need to refer to the specific Contract of Services that we have with you.

Any terms and Conditions which you may sign with us will not erode or lessen your rights to go to Court or refer us to the Solicitors Regulation Authority although we have procedures in place in all our contracts which strongly advise Mediation and Conciliation

Returns and Refund Policy
If your matter is abortive and there is a Credit due to you we will of course account and refund that to you as a matter of course.

Any unhappy Clients may follow our Complaints Procedures (Leaflet available to Clients on or after acceptance as Clients of the Firm) or in serious cases clients may take the matter up with either the Solicitors Regulation Authority www.sra.org.uk (see the consumers page) by whom we are regulated or the Legal Complaints Service page or by going to Court.

Cancellation is not allowed in all cases e.g. in cases which we agree with you is an Entire Brief which we must finish unless and until a precise exit strategy can be agreed e.g for you to settle up with us to date and replace us with alternative Solicitors.
