• We accept telephone enquiries All reasonable hours 5 days a week
• We will tell you how much to pay by sending you a Statement - do check with us first AND FINALLY
• Please do note your money will still take 2-3 working days to clear into Our Client Account
• Do send us an Email to confirm and we will of course respond.

Currency

• Please note we do not accept US Dollars, Euros or other currencies so if your card Service Company e.g MasterCard or Visa offer you a choice please be sure to pay us in GBP (£) .

3D Secure

• We have introduced the service globally known as 3D Secure - a process that requires customers to also have card details checked by the banking system itself at the time of sale. 3D Secure is supported by the 2 main card issuing companies MasterCard and Visa.
• The MasterCard service is called SecureCode and the Visa equivalent is known as Verified by Visa. Both of these security systems require you to register your card with the service and set up a passcode that you will need to enter every time you make a purchase from 3D Secure sites such as ours.
